Who handles the data

The data controller is Sebastiano Cullemi, VAT IT01807700891, Italy. For any question about this page, write to info@sebastianocullemi.com.

What I collect

Only what you put in the contact form: name, email address, message and, if you choose to fill them in, company name and the services you are looking for.

Along with the enquiry I receive the city and country it comes from, which the hosting infrastructure derives from the connection. The IP address is not kept in the message.

The site uses no analytics and collects nothing while you browse.

Why I process it

To read your enquiry and reply. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, article 6.1.b of the GDPR.

I do not use your data to send you marketing, and I do not pass it on to anyone.

How long I keep it

As long as it takes to handle the conversation. If it does not become a project, I delete the message within twelve months. If it becomes an engagement, the necessary data is kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.

Who else sees it

I read the enquiries myself. Two suppliers process them on my behalf, as processors: Vercel Inc., which hosts the site, and Ergonet S.r.l., which runs the mailbox.

Vercel may process data outside the European Union, on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

Your rights

You can ask me to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object, or receive it in a readable format. Just write to info@sebastianocullemi.com.

If you think something is wrong you can contact the Italian data protection authority, www.garanteprivacy.it.

No automated decisions

I do not profile anyone and I make no automated decisions about your data.
